Individuals who would like to take professional development training offered by NYS CASE will need to set up a user account for the website. Your user account will hold your individual contact information, agency information, attendance record, and training certificate transcripts. Your information will also be used to complete requests for Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) continuing education credits. One account is required for each individual registrant, if your agency has a common email address for all employees, please use a personal email address when setting up your account.

Only New York State supported employment providers with a current contract with ACCES-VR are eligible for the free professional development training through NYS CASE.
