Courses
New York State employment services providers at all stages of their professional careers have the chance to meet their professional development objectives by taking courses from our four certificate tiers. Each tier contains core courses that are required, and a variety of electives you can take to meet your personalized learning needs. Completion of a post-training evaluation is required to obtain certification.
In addition, individuals completing their required courses of study are required annually to obtain at least 6 hours of continuing education in employment services by taking elective coursework offered by the ACCES-VR training contractor (CASE) or another training source (e.g. APSE).
